How the Booking Process Works
To ensure clarity, efficiency, and proper planning, all bookings are processed through our official Google Form.
Step 1: Complete the Booking Form
Click the “Book Melchizedek Band” button below and fill out the Google Form with accurate and complete details.
You will be asked to provide:
- Name of organization / host
- Type of event
- Event date and time
- Venue location
- Expected audience size
- Technical setup available (sound, stage, instruments)
- Contact person details
- Any special requests or program outline
Providing detailed information helps us prepare appropriately and serve you better.
Step 2: Review & Confirmation
Once your form is submitted:
- Our management team reviews your request.
- We assess availability for the requested date.
- A representative will contact you within a few working days to confirm availability and discuss further details.
Step 3: Agreement & Logistics
If the date is available:
- We will share performance terms and logistical requirements.
- Both parties will confirm expectations regarding sound, stage setup, time allocation, and honorarium (if applicable).
- A formal confirmation will be issued once all details are agreed upon.
Important Notes
- Submission of the form does not automatically confirm the booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from our management.
- We encourage early booking to secure your preferred date.
